Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor for 35 Denton. Our food court has reached maximum capacity and we are no longer accepting applications for this type of booth. As the festival grows, we hope that our footprint will as well, allowing us to have more vendors such as yourself participate. We hope you will reapply next year. If you would like to your name added to our contact list of potential vendors, please e-mail Ashley Bender at [email protected]. This will ensure that you receive mailings about vending opportunities for future events.

Volunteer Application

Requirements for Volunteering

To be eligible for a 2012 all-event wristband, a 2012 staff t-shirt, and other schwag to be announced, volunteer applicants must meet the following criteria:

Submit this form by February 5, 2012.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have the full dates of the festival (March 8-11 2012) open for our scheduling AND reserve those dates as open for scheduling until assignment is received in mid-February.
Work at least two shifts of 8 hours each around the production of the 4-day event.
Have a reliable email you check regularly where we can contact you.
Have a reliable cell phone or telephone number where we can contact you.
Attend the 2 mandatory meetings (failure to attend will result in forfeiture of your volunteer slot to someone else):
1. Sunday February 12th from 5 - 7 p.m.: Volunteer Orientation -- Denton location to be announced
2. Wednesday March 7th from 7-9 p.m.: Volunteer Pre-Event Meeting -- Denton location to be announced.

If you are unable to meet any of these criteria, please do not apply. The continued success and prosperity of this festival requires volunteers who are able and willing to fulfill the level of commitment and dedication that our past and present staff and volunteers have displayed.

A designated point person within your media outlet should complete this application, on behalf of your organization, for ALL personnel wishing to cover the event on behalf of the outlet.
Press Credential Applications should be completed no later than Wednesday, February 8, 2012. No Applications will be considered after this date, and no walk-up requests will be granted..
Once your application is complete, please allow 35 Denton 10 complete business days to consider your request.
Due to limited space, 35 Denton reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation.
